After working mainly with traditional planning methods, she turned toward Agile ten years ago as a more realistic and people-focused way to navigate changing environments. In her daily work as a Scrum Master, Nadia ensures that the Scrum framework is applied and facilitates the Scrum ceremonies so the team can work in an Agile and structured way. She helps the team track progress, identifies blockers, and coordinates with others when dependencies need to be resolved. She supports continuous improvement by looking for practical opportunities to refine both technical practices and work processes. She also contributes to release management by coordinating release-related activities with the team. In addition, she handles the necessary administrative tasks that help the team operate smoothly.
