Internal position - Helpdesk Agent FR/UK (H/F/X)
CTG PSF is an IT Services Company dedicated to various clients mainly in the financial sector. Our Delivery Center dedicated to Customer Support is currently growing ! We are looking for an experienced Service Desk agent (M/W/X) ready to join this talented team. (Mainly Bertrange and / or Esch sur Alzette)
YOUR MISSIONS
Here are the missions that are waiting for you!
- Mainly in the financial field, you will have to adapt yourself to different situations by using your experience, your knowledge but also your colleagues advice
- You will also be involved in customers projects
- To be more precise, you will have to provide these following tasks :
- Support on network infrastructure,
- Call handling, tracking, dispatching, and escalation,
- Monitoring critical systems,
- Participation to infrastructure improvement projects.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar position in which you have developed your knowledge in IT products like : Ticketing Tools, MS Windows systems, MS Office (including Outlook), Office 365, Active Directory, SharePoint...
- You are open minded and ready to work in a multicultural environment,
- You have a great Team Spirit and you are customer oriented,
- You are able to speak French and English,
- Very important : as we are providing 24/7 service to our customers, you are available to work on nights and weekends,
- ITIL certification would be an added-value
- You hold an EU driving Licence
