NATURE OF TASKS :
As a Technical Team Leader, you will have a wide range of responsibilities, including:
- Daily Operational Management : Lead and manage Front Office and/or Back Office teams, overseeing planning, task definition, etc.
- Resource Management : Efficiently plan resource usage
- Proactive Engagement : Actively interact with the hierarchy, identifying challenges, proposing process improvements, tracking activities against the plan, and providing regular and accurate reports.
- Cost and Time Monitoring: Monitor costs, timescales, and resources
- Change Control: Manage the change control procedure, ensuring effective implementation and minimal disruption.
- Leadership and Development : Provide effective leadership for the operational team, motivating team members, fostering their skills and experience development.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS :

- Strong Project Management Skills : Demonstrate proficiency in project management methodologies to effectively handle complex tasks and deliverables.
- Effective Team Management : Show strong leadership and management skills

- Advanced IT Product Knowledge : Possess a deep understanding and experience with IT hardware and software
ANALYSIS AND TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Your analytical and technical skills will be vital for success, including:
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications: Demonstrate mastery in utilizing all MS Office applications to effectively analyze and present data and reports.
- ITIL V4 Foundation Certified : Possess the ITIL V4 Foundation certification
MANAGEMENT AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS:
As a Technical Team Leader, you will need the following management and organizational competencies :
- Procedure Development : Develop and maintain operational unit procedures, ensuring clarity and adherence to established guidelines.
- Service Enhancements and Optimization: Drive continuous service enhancements and optimizations, leveraging your expertise to improve operational efficiency.
- Change Facilitation: Facilitate and foster change within the team, promoting a culture of adaptability and innovation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct productive work meetings with internal users, effectively communicating goals, progress, and addressing concerns.

YOUR PROFILE :
To qualify for this role, you should meet the following experience criteria :
- Education : Hold a degree awarded for the first cycle of higher education and possess 7 years of relevant experience in indicative or similar roles
- ITIL Framework Experience: Have a minimum of one year of relevant experience in IT services managed in accordance with the industry-standard ITIL framework.
- Fluency in English and French
- Multitasking and Result Orientation: Excel in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while staying focused on delivering results.
- Precision and Quality-Driven: Embrace a meticulous approach, thriving on quality and ensuring accuracy in your work.
- Team Orientation: Foster a collaborative and team-oriented mindset, valuing cooperation and leveraging the strengths of team members.
