Career path

With a Master’s in Supply Chain Management and Business Engineering from HEC-Liège, Lola has built a solid expertise at the crossroads of business and IT. She launched her career in 2016 as an IT Consultant, spending four years as a Functional and Business Analyst in the retail sector (covering product management, pricing, marketing, and logistics). Over her 8-year consulting journey, she successfully expanded her analytical skills across both the public sector and the banking industry. In early 2024, she naturally transitioned to an internal role at BNP Paribas Fortis, joining the Risk & Credit department as a Functional Analyst.

Ses missions

As the primary liaison between business units and developers, Lola ensures the system’s stability and evolution. She manages the end-to-end application lifecycle: from requirements gathering to production deployment, including responsive incident resolution. As the custodian of functional knowledge and user support, she is also a key driver of planning within her Agile team.
