🌎 How do we build the future of SII? By investing in the leaders who will shape it.
On May 25–26 in Bogotá, as part of the SII University – BM Academy, we brought together 14 Business Managers, Senior BMs and Business Sector Managers from Canada, Chile and Colombia for two immersive days of learning and collaboration.
Through interactive workshops, role plays and peer-to-peer exchanges, participants strengthened key capabilities across:
• Business development & prospecting
• Recruitment and account management
• Leadership, active listening & self-awareness
• Value creation for major opportunities
• Effective use of our Flexshore model
🤝 Beyond skills, this academy was about connection: sharing best practices across countries, challenging perspectives, and reinforcing the strong sense of community that drives our Group forward.
