Launch of the DIGITAL LEAD HER program

As a digital embedded company, we are committed to increase the representativity of women in digital functions. For Pluxee, digital functions are not only it traditional roles, but also functions that are involved in the development of the product and services. Today, in these functions we have a gender share of 39% women.
We have recently designed a development program, called DIGITAL LEAD HER. It will begin in March and will provide mentoring and networking opportunities for 50 female talents in digital functions, from all around the world.
